We take the phrase very literally and it doesn’t end after the initial call.
The phrase “customer service” can conjure up a bleak image of a telephone (that no one ever answers) ringing day and night in a dusty room (that no one ever enters). Well, that’s not the way things are at Eve. And the attentive, friendly service we provide isn’t the superficial kind. In other words, we don’t employ the lovely-to-talk-to- but-no-help-at-all brigade.
Instead, we have a fully-fledged customer services centre staffed with thoroughly experienced account and project managers and contract co-ordinators. These co-ordinators will make sure everything happens as smoothly as possible for you; skillfully guiding you from your initial enquiry all the way to the project’s completion. You won’t be expected to shuttle back and forth between different contacts within the company.
Our account managers can draw on experience from having worked in a variety of different industries. It helps them find insights and new perspectives when looking for solutions to your particular needs.
Our specialist project-management team will work with you to specify the optimum solution and choose the most cost-effective product that meets your requirements. They can offer you a free site inspection and survey and produce a detailed site drawing. Risk assessments will be carried out for each specific site, allowing us to identify and control any potential hazards.
For complex installations, we’ll assign a project manager to your site to oversee the work and to make sure that the contract goes ahead smoothly.

Reassuring words are all very well. But without official seals of approval to back them up, they don’t amount to very much. Our personnel are experienced and highly trained individuals who have all the qualifications vital for working safely and efficiently. These include:
- BESC (Basic Electric Safety Certificate)
- Eakring Card
- CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme)
And they will be driving vehicles from our modern fleet of clean, specialised vehicles equipped with cranes. As a company, Eve has earned the following awards and accreditations of its own:

- OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety
These confirm our professionalism and impeccable standards of service. In fact, we’re the only company in our industry to have all three awards.
The OHSAS (Occupational Health & Safety Advisory Services) award is an acknowledgement of our implementation of health and safety procedures and risk controls. For example, we have full-time, fully qualified health and safety, environmental and quality personnel whose jobs involve consulting with our clients, compiling detailed reports and giving expert advice throughout the installation process.
Our cleanliness does us proud, too. We have an environmentally friendly wash system for cleaning and, if necessary, disinfecting our equipment. 95% of the water used is recycled. Which makes us compliant with the environmental standards of ISO 14001.
And for the additional reassurance of our customers, we have certification for:
