Eve's Trakmats are a man-handleable plastic temporary roadway and walkway system, suitable for rubber tyred vehicle and pedestrian access.

Trakmats provide a man-handleable temporary access solution and are an ideal alternative to Eve's other roadway products where ground conditions are better, the volume of traffic is lighter or there is a need to move the equipment around site.  Trakmats prevent environmental and ground damage, bogged down vehicles and slip hazards for staff and are designed to provide access for rubber wheeled vehicles of up to 30 tonnes, dependant on ground conditions. They can be laid as two parallel tracks or a single roadway to provide a temporary surface to protect soft or sensitive ground and flooring.

Trakmats provide temporary access and a firm support base for a variety of activities. The versatile product can be used on landscaped turf, mud, sand, tarmac, uneven ground and many other difficult surfaces.

Available with a two surface variation, one side has an integrated tread pattern providing traction for vehicle usage and the other has a surface more suitable for pedestrian use. The mats can be laid quickly and positioned easily as per specification; 1-2 persons are required to carry them depending on the load. There are no specialist tools needed for the installation or removal of the Trakmats as they are fixed together using either two or four way connection plates and bolts to connect 2 mats or 4 mats to each other as required. They can be connected either side by side or at 90-degree angles to each. As the mats are man-handleable, they are ideal for use where access to the site is restricted as there is no need for a vehicle to install them.
