Eve TuffTrak is a heavy-duty roadway system, ideal for the heaviest of loads including plant, machinery and multiple vehicles to gain access across soft, wet or damaged ground by creating a more durable and stable surface. Once deployed, it allows rapid and safe access and protection on open ground against severe tracking and rutting and against environmental damage with highly efficient weight disposal on very soft or boggy ground.

Eve TuffTrak can also be deployed as tough durable working areas for mining and utilities industries and military sites or to create temporary access roads for multiple vehicles and cars at outdoor events.  With a reversible pedestrian surface, Eve TuffTrak panels can be bolted together to create a heavy-duty traction surface or a pedestrian surface.

Amazingly Tough & Flexible

Manufactured using a unique moulding process to ensure a high level of integral strength and made from tough 48mm thick ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), Eve TuffTrak is virtually indestructible. Being polyethylene, the panels are not rigid which means they follow natural ground contours and undulations when installed, avoiding the need for much ground preparation.

Unlike aluminium, Eve TuffTrak can be deployed in areas of high theft risk and are lighter to transport than panels of comparable performance. The panel is chemically inert which makes it ideal for eco sensitive and heritage sites. The panels can be stored in wet areas for long periods without the risk of degradation and their solid core design means they do not absorb water. In addition, they do not conduct electricity - a significant benefit for those working with power lines. 

Anti Slip Surface

Eve TuffTrak is the only heavy-duty plastic roadway solution that provides a raised traction surface to prevent trucks slipping, even on uneven ground or inclines. The engineered chevron traction surface design delivers ultimate grip and dispels mud whilst vehicles traverse. The unique chevron nub design reduces sideways movement / slippage and delivers optimal forward traction for heavy plants, machinery and vehicles.

Furthermore the panels exhibit excellent resistance to many acids, alkalis and solvents and are easy to clean; characteristics that minimise the risk of contamination and provide additional environmental protection.
