EVE HAS THE X FACTOR
Eve has launched a new product which it thinks definitely has the X factor – the new X trakpanel.
The new aluminium X trakpanels will be offered alongside Eve’s K and Box panels. Developed with a hexagonal profile and a more pedestrian-friendly surface than the K panel, they provide greater flexibility through their overlapping joint system and as a result are capable of accommodating anything from pedestrians to heavy traffic and equally heavy vehicles.
Eve worked in conjunction with Hydro, a leading supplier of aluminium products, to develop the panel, which provides an innovative solution to the access challenges faced onsite. This was achieved by drawing on the company’s extensive industry experience of panel behaviour on different terrains and vehicle usage.
Dave Walkden, head of sales and marketing of Eve, commented: “We aim to stay one step ahead of the field with service and product innovations and these new panels are very versatile and easily adapt to all sites and conditions. The panel is made of less aluminium than a K panel, making it lighter so allows more to be transported at any time, thereby reducing the environmental impact. It can also be used for both roadways and walkways, providing the same properties as both Eve’s heavy and medium duty aluminium panels.
“Another great advantage to the new panel, is that the installation times are reduced due to improved connection methods and increased transportation volumes.”
The new X panel is now available.
